Every day, the Rescue Mission serves three nutritious meals to neighbors experiencing hunger. Behind every meal is our Alto-Shaam oven—a vital piece of equipment that keeps our kitchen running from morning to night.

Unlike a typical commercial kitchen, our kitchen prepares thousands of meals each week. That constant demand means our equipment experiences years' worth of wear in a fraction of the time.

After years of faithful service, our current Alto-Shaam oven has reached the end of its usable life. Replacing it is essential to ensuring we can continue preparing safe, nutritious meals for every person who walks through our doors.

The need is especially evident during the holidays. Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Rescue Mission serves more than 5,000 holiday meals to individuals and families throughout our community. A reliable Alto-Shaam oven helps make those meals—and countless others throughout the year—possible.
